The hotel is conveniently located right next to the church and the electric taxi station, making it easy to explore the town and get to the train station. The rooms have stunning views of the Matterhorn and the sound of the river adds to the magical ambiance. The breakfast is excellent, offering a variety of options to start the day. The hotel staff is friendly and always ready to help, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The staff sometimes entered the room without knocking, which was quite invasive and unexpected.

I was actually surprised when Max, the owner, personally greeted me upon arrival and even dropped me off at the train station when I checked out. The view from my balcony was amazing, with the majestic mountain peeking through the clouds. The grilled food at the restaurant was amazing. The hotel's location in the heart of town made it convenient for exploring and hiking. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of pastries and freshly cooked eggs. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Zermatt.

It was conveniently situated near the cable cars, allowing easy access to the breathtaking mountains. Additionally, the hotel provided a wide range of services such as room service, laundry, and ski equipment hire, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of. The room itself was well-appointed with ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV that offered a variety of entertainment options.
